Horrible customer service Alan at Southwest couldnt be ruder. I had them out October 30 to check my fireplace and clean it. I told them I smelled gas they tested it they said there was no gas leak. Finally I called NICOR who came out and said I have a gas leak on November 27 they want to charge me $230 to come back out and fix it. It should still be under warranty from when they were there to check it and clean it when I bought it to their attention that Company terrible that they would let us have gas filled up in our home

Good communication and follow-up. We had them do chimney sweeping service and were very happy with the process, service person, and results. They were recommended to us and I would certainly recommend them to others!

Horrible customer service. The tech came out, he was very nice, said he will order the part. After I didn't hear back for 3 weeks I called. They said that they told me they couldn't get the part - that's a lie- they never called me and told me anything. He said I should just get rid of it. I spoke with another place and the are ordering the part. be fixed shortly.

Was new to the gas log set up and couldnt be happier with Debbie and Allan. They really took the time to walk me thru the process and help pick out the perfect logs.
