Pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. Rx was returned to stock because I didnt pick it up in time. Tech then argued with me that it was refill too soon. I asked for a print out of my Rx history and that even said I last picked it up 3 MONTHS ago! She still argued with me and said I should call my insuranceask for the pharmacist and he was baffled on why she said it was refill too soon. He filled it for me right away. Pharmacy staff needs to be retrained. Them spouting off wrong information can lead to harmful consequences to patients!!

Texts don't list any cutoff time for meds. Pharmacy needs to update text messages to include TIME since apparently does not available the entire last day of pickup.

The person at checkout was so helpful and patient with all of the coupons I had to use. It was great to have him help me save as much money as possible. He was also very friendly:)!

I went in to get a couple of items. Im always a very pleasant person and realize its challenging to be in customer service but I also expect that any rep should be kind to those they are serving . I noticed the cashier had an attitude with the woman in front of me, the store was very quiet so there was no rush or stress . When I approached the counter and got rung up I asked if I had a 10.00 voucher on my account . She was extremely rude and said I have no idea, is this your only account number as she was shaking her head and expressing extreme frustration . I told her she should work on her customer service skills and she started arguing that she didnt have an attitude but was getting one now that I pointed it out . I was gracious and said thank you prior to leaving but I will definitely not go to this location often now. Its too bad that one persons attitude can affect a whole store . Perhaps she should think about a career where she will not have to be kind to others . Of note, the store is very clean and organized . Ive never had a complaint until today .
