        We bought a refrigerator here about a year ago and the experience was great. We returned to buy a washing machine a few days ago and were shown a washer/dryer set that had been marked down 10% but just that morning had been marked down an additional 10%, which sold me on the set even though I was only planning on buying a washer. Unfortunately, that further markdown didn't make it onto the final credit card sale and we didn't realize it until we got home. Amanda was great about it, we came back in and she tried to refund it but couldn't figure it out and said she would have to ask her manager to show her. A couple of days went by and the manager called and said he couldn't give us that lower price and that we were already getting a low price and there was a lot of interest in the valley in that set. I feel when a store advertises a sale price, they should honor that price, especially when it was in writing on a large sale card which was sitting on top of the machine. I asked for the order to be canceled and we went to Best Buy and were able to get the newer model set (the one we were going to get from Sears was the discontinued model) for only $120 more out the door. Blessing in disguise for sure! The only downside is we have to wait another week and a half for delivery but it's worth it to me. I highly suggest comparison shopping Best Buy for your major appliances, they were great and their prices are on par with Sears.
