Unhelpful service. Online banking is not user friendly.

Waited for 30 minutes in line for a cashiers check.

There's one reliable teller at this branch. If he's out, forget it. I spent +/- ten minutes today waiting in line. All I needed was some weekend pocket cash.They got one guy who does nothing but talk to those coming thru the door. Another lady who sits at a desk and appears to do nothing. Lots of hem hawing around about why they can't provide another teller. Plenty of talk, no help. Likely to not be my bank much longer.

ATM worked as needed. I'm sure there a reason to go into the bank itself, but haven't found it yet.

Veterans stay away. This company is horrid. They force you to pay on the 24th. This means your payment is late on the 1st. They will not allow you to Change the due date and they have no online support. Its a perpetual loop to make you late. For four days every month we try and pay. They want you to provide them with your PIN to your credit card to process payment. These people are userous and need to be investigated. This isnt right. The class action law suits to follow will bare me out. Call the attorney generals offices and make this change. They are forced tied to dealerships. Do not buy a car if you have to use these less than upfront banks.
