do not honor their warranty- the $1600.00 rebuild did not last 10k miles !!!!

I am a patient guy, BUT... Same van in and out of their shop several times. Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I have a home service company, We don't make a living unless our trucks are on the road taking care of our customers. It is the same old story every time. Takes longer than they say and cost more than they say. then It breaks in 6-12 months. Then they get jumpy when you start asking questions. I think they have a referral program with local lube centers. They give lube centers a kickback for a new referral then they burn the bridge with awful service. Same van went down again today on side of 199 and I am not going to fight with them about my "warranty". I am chalking it up as a loss and trying someone else. I paid $1900 first time... then Free warranty... then about $1000 and this next time I'm sure it would be another $1000. every time it goes out it takes them minimum 4 days to do anything. I give up...
