We have had our quarterly service with them for almost year. At one time they had a billing issue and double charged me. The owner was apologetic & refunded us. We thought all issues had been resolved. Fast forward to us calling them in November for an excluded squirrel removal. They called me to seek a past due payment from September because they once again had a billing issue & didnt auto bill us. Ok. So they have billing issues that they cant seem to tackle. They quoted us $500 for the squirrel removal/prevention service. When I asked that it included them making sure the squirrels were out and wouldnt come back the guy, Oscar told me yes. They came out to our home. Never went into the attic. Plugged two small holes with some sheet metal & caulk. I asked him what happens if they are trapped up there he said then we will come back at no charge and trap them. $500 to plug some holes seemed outrageous. I mentioned this in a review and they told me theyd refund us $100 and come out to setup a trap because we could hear the squirrels in our attic. They didnt respond for several days. Today they told us it would be $150 for them to come setup traps. They didnt refund us the $100 and they are wanting more money to set the trap. Even their office person told me over the phone that the trapping should have been included in the $500 service. Just beware of this company that claims to be of Integrity because they have none. We have used Integrity for years and they have always been easy to work with, on time, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for pest control.
