I called store #307 Ridgemar Mall at 1 PM the person that answered the phone said she was waiting on someone and to call back later she did not even give a chance to tell her what i was looking for,, I called back at 4Pm and she let the phone ring over 10 minutes before she answered it,, I will not be buying from ya store any more i will order from Puritain Pride instead, very POOR customer service you have in the store...good way to lose alot of sales from people taking to find an item before coming to the store,,, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE> i went downstairs to GNC and they were real helpful and polite ,,, ya need to RETRAIN y our workers if you want people to buy in your store...

My boyfriend and I have been going to this particular Vitamin World (Ridgmar Mall) for years. We have always had a great experience with the staff, and they have always been so generous, until this past Saturday. A new manager (Amanda) was incredibly rude! The tone in her voice made us feel completely unwelcome to the company. She was being extremely disrespectful, and we will not be going back! I cant believe she works in customer service treating people the way she does. GNC is right downstairs and we will be going there for now on. We do not pay to be talked to like we're less important than anyone else!

The store manager by the name of Amanda had a very nasty attitude with me for no apparent reason. She would not let me use my coupon on my phone because she claimed it had to be printed. Even though there was a barcode and it was valid and not expired! I have been going here for a long time now and always show them my coupons on my phone without an issue. On top of that, the mens ultra vitamin packs were buy one get one free and she sold them to me at full price. Then when i called the next day she claimed the buy one get one free just so happen to start on the day after i bought mine...ya right..there used to be an awesome guy there by the name of Peter. He was very outgoing and just great to be around. He is no longer there. I have spent way too much money here to be treated this way. Safe to say I'll be going to GNC from now on.
