Transmission Headquarters

I took my 2012 Ford F150 3.5 eco-boost to this shop. I was told by a Mechanic, that I might be having transmission problems.Im always so afraid of getting ripped off, like being told I need Expensive repairs when not necessary. Its hard to trust anyone nowadays. The shop ran all the tests on my truck, to my amazement they were absolutely honest. They told me to come pick the truck up after they ran the tests and said they couldnt find anything wrong with the transmission. They had me in and out in about four hours. I wasnt charged anything at all. God bless you transmission Headquarters. Thank you For your professionalism and your honesty. I highly recommend this shop. If I do have transmission problems in the future, this is where I will take my vehicles From now on. Service: Transmission

I used this transmission shop, and 9 months later I am still having the same issue. I have taken my vehicle back numerous times so they could warrantee/Actually fix what I paid them to fix. (To rebuild my transmission) Every single time I am told the problem is something else/they fix said issue/and then I drive off with my vehicle still having the same problem. -but they have made x dollars for another issue that "They found" They always keep my vehicle for at least a weeks time. The last time I brought it in....when I got it back they said they had it fixed for sure this time and took it on a long test drive to make sure....the mileage was the same as when I dropped it off, so I know that was an invalid statement. I am sure if I call them they will tell me to bring it back in but at this point I do not trust them to touch my vehicle. In addition to not having my transmission properly rebuilt I have a door that is dented and windshield wipers broken. (Neither of which were broke before I left it at this shop I took pictures of the interior and exterior of my vehicle before leaving the shop. I also took a photo of the mileage) My husband is a mechanic we used this shop based off of the good reviews it had because we had just moved to this area and did not yet have all of his equipment to our new home. The staff is very nice and courteous and will tell you anything you want to hear, but they do not back up their work, and will not honor a warrantee they provide on their services. I got my wifes 04 honda pilot done here and it runs like a dream i love their work and its a little pricey but worth the garuntee

Great service and even better hospitality. This shop knows what they are doing and will make sure to accommodate your needs. Our vans transmission was in need of serious repairs during our road trip. Their staff was able to turn around a complete rebuild in 1 shift and get us back on the road. The van drives better than ever and I know it was done right.
