Dear rug doctor,
To whom it may concern I am not writing this to complain by no means I believe reviews should be more than complaints but about the positive aspects of products/companies also so I wanted to let you guys know, that I have been cleaning for abiut 15 years now for a a living and recently bought a place if my own and if course had carpet laid and I'm one of those extreme pet lovers so I have 4 dogs a cat a chinchilla 2 mice and 2 aquariums. So I'm a witness to a lot of messes everyday, and I have started getting down about the spots and smells on the carpet throughout the house so I went off a limb and tented one of your regular wide track carpet cleaners and half way through my family room I'm thinking wow this can't be right...there is no way this carpet clwanerbis this good for this cheap. So by the end of doing every room I am beyond amazed and beyond satisfied with the product, the price and have definitely found my new go to, when it comes to my floors. I will definitely be telling and boasting to everyone about your products, I just wish I had one of my own, but I know you have to rent them but that's okay, I will definitely be a returning customer.
