Overture Ridgmar

Overture Ridgmar is probably the best 55+ apartment complex in the city of Ft. Worth. From the underground parking garage to the large apartments there is no match close. Also you will not meet a better group of people than the men and women living here. Everyone is friendly, pleasant and helpful. I feel comfortable calling on any of them at any time. The staff is great and seem very anxious to please the residents and meet all of our expectaitons. There are lots of excitng activities going on and you are free to join in whenever you please or not. up to you. if you are looking for a really ACTIVE 55+ community, Overture Ridgmar should be the first, and last, place you look!!!

We are just moving in so we haven't really experienced much, however we can definitely speak to the patience of a great staff during the process because they definitely were patient! We visited the property and various apartments probably no less than 6-8 times in a 45-day span. We just couldn't make a decision about moving in. We were invited to attend several events while we were considering this location and they were quick to treat us like residents even before signing the lease! We have been moving in for the past week and several other tenants have stopped by to chat & welcome us to the property. This seems like a great start! Can't wait to see what the next 15-months present!
