I couldn't find it. I drove up and down the strip center. These guys need to take a remedial marketing class and pay attention to the chapter called "Signage is everything." Or maybe the business has been renamed or is a counter within some store of another name. If so, get online and fix the references. Including Google. Very frustrating, and I've moved to the next business on the list, who seem to understand the concept.

Taylor came out the day after I called (he picked up after hours!!!) and was a tremendous help. Our LG Fridge/Freezer had lost all cooling. He quickly diagnosed a major repair, but then educated me on the fact that LG has had issues and extended its warranty on my model...he helped me call LG and explain the problem...and we ended up getting LG to cover all parts and labor for what would have been about a $1,500 repair! We had to wait until the next day for an LG Repair Technician to come out...but worth it for a free repair! Taylor was very professional, incredibly helpful and prompt. He could have sold me on a repair on the spot without telling me about the extended warranty coverage...but his integrity showed through. This guy has earned all my future business!
