RUDE!! I CALLED FOR INFO TODAY AND A LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE WITH "WHAT!" I WAS CONFUSED FOR A SECOND AND ASKED THIS WAS COMMUNITY MORTUARY SERVICES , SHE CUT ME OFF AND RUDELY REPLIED "IM AT HOME SICK CALL THIS NUMBER" AND GAVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER. IM SORRY BUT SHE NOT PROFESSIONAL IN ANYWAY I WOULD NOT TRUST A LOVED ONE HERE. I UNDERSTAND SHES SICK BUT WHY IS THE PHONE GOING TO HER AT HOME THEN.

My family used Community Mortuary when we lost a loved one. They handled every thing with the utmost care and professionalism. I am a firm believer in cremation over burial and refer anyone looking for a crematory to Community Mortuary, the best crematory in the Metroplex.

Community mortuary was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! They took care of everything and they was very professional and very understanding of our situation. They answered every phone call as well as answered our millions of questions. I will recommend them to anybody.

The above 1 star rating kevin hughes was not a customer...but someone with an opinion about not having money or care. Obviously not a fan of cremation.
