If I could put a 0 star I would. I was TOLD I would get coverage immediately, and that was if it was in network. So I got an in network and then was told I had to wait 12 months. For orthopedic care.. WOW so now Im upset. So I call insurance oh and to my disbelief I have to WAIT yes I said it WAIT for even BADIC care!!!!! For 6 MONTHS!!! What the hell kind of insurance is this!!!!! Im done with this insurance. And if there is a contract I will make sure to call my bank so they make sure they block this person! And what kind of insurance agent DOESNT know the policy???? Like and they sold this to me? Im so done this Insurance is a scam by far!

SCAM!!!! Seriously don't waste your time and energy with this so called company. They flat out lied to myself and family that they were United Health care. Said they covered hospital visits, ER visits, prenatal care. Turns out they cover nothing they claimed! We wasted around 2k thinking we were all taken care of. Canceled it right away after finding out all the lies. The sales person was very convincing, these people should be in prison. How do you sleep at night knowing you're screwing familes over? Disgusting. Karma will catch up to you soon. Please stay away!

They have been charging me 300 a month and when I went to the doctor I found out I don't even have health insurance and when I call the number for the health insurance I found out I'm not covered and can't sign up with them this year but they have been charging me each month. I found out they are in a lawsuit for scamming people so beware of this company

I wish I had read the reviews before signing on with USHEALTH Group. If you're a woman, do not get health insurance through this company. I thought this was reasonable insurance until I tried to get birth control. I received an IUD from my clinic, and was shocked at the price tag of $1,200. I didn't realize this until after I already received the IUD.
I called to ask about the charge and was told it couldn't be covered and I should call my clinic. When talking to the clinic, they were also shocked that contraceptive wasn't covered. After re-calling US HEALTH Group to see if anything could be done (spending 20 minutes on hold, and talking to multiple reps), they weren't able to assist and now I am stuck with a $1,200 bill for something that would have cost $0 if I didn't have insurance and would have gone to Planned Parenthood.
I'm really disappointed on my coverage and service for such a small, necessary item. I do not recommend them. My experience was horrible and now I'm paying for it. I feel mislead and misinformed after this experience.
