I have shopped here for years. I would agree that 5 or 6 years ago there was one very rude employee and when she was gone I noted that to the owner. But everyone else is so sweet and amazing, not to mention the incredible merchandise. It is heads and tails over PS TheLetter which I have shopped at for years. They can be snobby and rude. Not Lawrences. Give them a second try.

Unbelievably rude employees; they saw me walk in no greeting. Saw me looking ( I was looking for a gift) and didnt offer to help. Stared at me several times. I guess since Im in athletic wear (mind you its the day after Easter weekend.. Ive been dressed up all weekend) I must not be a prime customer. Take your money to The Market at Ridglea, You are Here, literally anywhere else because they cant be bothered to help. As a family of small business owners they give small business a bad name.
