I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to change an appointment. I've called 3 locations & was on hold for 15 minutes at each. Not acceptable.

Very confident & experienced doctor. Offers great options for various glaucoma treatments, but.. she double & triple books. We arent just talking about 15-20 minutes behind.. There are people that have been waiting over 2 & 3 hours in her Fort Worth location waiting room. What good is a great doctor if she & her staff have zero respect for her patients time?

Had to wait over an hour and still haven't seen the doctor. They have people crammed in like cattle. I will not come back to this office. Very noisy unorganized.I don't know why Dr.Nettune would send me here. Treat your patients like people and not like cattle! It's all about the money!!!

The office staff is good, but their timing is horrible. They schedule way too many people at the same time, at Dr. Smith's insistence. I have to take 4 hours off work (it's a 10 minute drive) for an appointment that takes 20-30 minutes because I have to wait at least 1.5 hours, some times more, before I'm ever retrieved from the waiting room.
