      image Worst experience I've ever had in any clothing store ever. The staff is rude. They are more interested in correcting the customers instead of helping them. Not a welcoming place for sure. I would give them less stars if it were an option.

      image Great sales great suits but I would advise not to have your items altered by Jos A Bank. I recently purchased a suit and after 3x the alterations are still not correct. If you work weekdays its almost impossible to schedule a time to meet with the Tailor at the Fort Worth or the South Lake location. Therefore I will need to go to a 3rd party to correct the alteration that have been consistently made by Jos A Banks

      image Felicia helped me pick out the sports coat I wanted, and special ordered it to fit since the one at the store was too long. She also picked out another sports jacket I wouldn't have considered but loved instantly when I tried it on. She also coordinated dress shirts and tie colors to go with the coats that I bought.
      I always get great service from this store!
