This is the worst docs office. They charge a fee for a well child check and vaccines. My son has been coughing non stop and they won't help. I'm done with cooks I'm going elsewhere.

After my kid's pediatrician retired, I searched for a good doctor and came across this office. It has been the worst experience EVER!! I submitted paperwork as new patient when I went in one day, they did not have anything on file. My kids all had an ear infection and was told by urgent care to follow up with their doctor and was not able to get an appointment since they consider that a sick visit and don't schedule appointments for that and would have to call in everyday to see if they are available or not. Do I go to work or not do I send my kids to school or not makes no sense.

My children have been with Dr. Mercer since birth. He is always very calm and low key, but also knowledgeable and caring. He truly listens to me as a parent and addresses my concerns. I will miss him as my children grow into adulthood.

Its unfortunate Ill have to switch pediatricians, but our experience here with Dr. Ramon Kinloch was exceptional. He truly cares and takes care of his families. Thank you to this office for such a smooth first year with our little one. -The Gasaways
