Been coming here for the last couple of years and I bring my daughter too. We love it here! Theyre fun and very kind and patient. They explain everything well and I never feel like theyre trying to upsell me, and theyre great about working with you on payment plans!

The dentist was great! The dental assistant, Angel was sweet and informative! The front desk women were happy to be there! My only complaint is my cleaning felt rushed and the hygienist did not properly floss my teeth.

Avoid IDEAL DENTAL PRESIDIO at all cost. This place should not be an option for braces treatment. An estimated 18 to 24 months braces treatment has dragged now for 37 months with no end in sight and no reliable feedback from their staff. We have not missed a single appointment and 13 months past their estimate every appointment ends with a hollow 2 or 3 more appointments. Dr Breaud is incapable of providing a candid and honest assessment on the progress of the treatment and seems bothered whenever he is inquired about it. At this point we are about to move from DFW without completing the treatment which inevitably will have us incur in more money to finish the treatment in another city. BTW, the treatment was paid off completely more than a year ago.
