My appointment started right on time, my hygenist(?) Kim was exceptionally freindly and made sure I understood what she was doing & why. Dr.Goulding gave me further insight into how my dental health looks and what to look out for in the future.

Great staff. Efficient and kind. THE best Dentist I've ever had. Helps patients to feel at ease. (Update 9/26/2022): Kim, the Hygienist, knew I had a problem with sensitivity, so she kindly polished my teeth with polish for sensitive teeth first. That was so kind of her.

Had been a patient of Dr. Goulding's for years. My last visit was in January, when the spread of Omicron was stressing hospitals and community resources extremely thin. During this visit, the dentistry was its usual high quality, and the hygenist that has been working on me is a star. I was however EXTREMELY disappointed with how lightly the office seemed to take masking, during our city and state's period of massively increased transmission of COVID. When I walked in, none of the front office staff had masks on. While the hygenist was fully masked while she worked on me, I noticed another staff member walking through the halls with a mask around her chin. When Dr. Goulding walked in for my exam, he had an N95 hanging on his chin, not on his nose and mouth. Even worse, when I VERY POLITELY asked him to put it on correctly, he grumbled at me and said, "Now hold on. I have to look at this chart first." I'M SORRY. The correct response to my request is, "Oh, yes, of course." And there is nothing about reading a chart that means his mask cannot be pulled up properly on his face, especially when he was doing so less than two feet from me. I'm very disappointed. I've been seeing Dr. Goulding for years, and they've always been great about precautions during COVID. It's shocking that during what was arguably the highest community spread, that they were disregarding science and putting patients at risk.
