        Absolutely terrible location. DO NOT DROP YOUR PACKAGES OFF HERE! The hours listed within their page and sign are not reliable. You show up 15 minutes after they open and nobody is there. It states they are open on Saturday, everytime I go it's closed. Go across the street to USPS, it's 100x more reliable and they provide you with a receipt. This place is ridiculous. PLEASE save your time and do not go to this Pak Mail location.

        Google says open until 2pm on Saturday. We showed up at 12:30 pm. Door was locked and lights off. Even the sign beside the door said open until 2pm. I don't know if the Pak Mails in town are owned by the same people but the 2 on the SW side of town (Chestnut Plaza) are both terrible. Just unreliable.

        I have tried twice to ship something from this location, and both times it has been closed during hours in which it's supposed to be open. Didn't even have the lights on. If you're not going to be open, then state that online.

        Said they were open in door then said be back shortly inside. We waited 20 min and no one came back. If this was an emergency please respond to this review and Ill take it down.
