Used Sanchez Home Improvement several times and always satisfied. Jobs started and ended as scheduled and the work is always beyond my expectation. Would recommend for any home project!

Complete renovation in 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, painted entire top level, installed recess lighting, 6 new light fixtures, ceiling fan, and new carpet in 3 bedrooms. Sanchez was up front with pricing and no hidden charges. Sanchez was very easy to reach if there was ever a problem, easy to talk too and checked in with me during and after the whole process to see if i had any complaints. Sanchez home improvement is fair with pricing and skilled in home improvement. Your response validates my stance. Everyone is a liar or a demon when you get a bad review. Totally unprofessional and dramatic. FYI you still were unable to let me know if the beam went all the way across because you didn't do what I asked. You did want you wanted. Have fun speaking to my company, tell them Tina sent you 😉 ******************** Sanchez came off as smug, condescending, and unprofessional. He unnecessarily cut open my wall and still didn't provide me the information I was requesting. When I brought this to his attention he made all kinds of excuses, even telling me I should be happy that he didn't charge me to cut open my wall. Tried to convince me that I misunderstood the approach he previously stated he would use to adjust my wall but I brought out the texts. Then he said "well I was at my daughter's party, I wasn't paying close attention." He told me he'll fix the drywall for 250-300, the damage he did and the previous cutout. Hilarious, I declined and told him to leave. I would never want to work with a contractor that can't admit their wrongs and correct them. It's clear he's always going to make excuses.

I am very pleased with Sanchez home improvement and the services provided. I needed a bathroom installed, and other minor issues to prepare my house to be sold. The job was completed in under a week, they were always on time, and extremely professional. I will definitely use their services again!
