It's showing is age. You can tell it's an older hotel they are working to renovate but for the price is not worth it.

If you ever visit Ft Walton beach...please consider this hotel. Excellent hotel...Excellent everything!!! Great access to the beach as well as restaurants. I wish I could give them 10 stars for the customer service!!! You will N.E.V.E.R regret checking in!!!

We were not impressed at all with this facility. We had trouble with our toilet that ran constantly, the cable didn't work, our TV was really old and had a big red line right down the middle of the screen, the bedding had blood stains on it, the elevators only one worked, the tv at the bar had been broken for 2 years. Parking was terrible, I had to park all the way in the front and walk probably 200 yards to our elevator. The Hot Breakfast was $20! Only about half of the onsite laundry even functioned. This was supposed to be no smoking but the smell of marijuana was everywhere. This place is old and very run down for the price. Not worth it at all.
