Merrimac Manor Apartments

Been living here for over 3 years. Its been a great place. Nice and quiet, well kept and friendly people living here. Management/maintenance have been great, if anything comes up it is promptly taken care of. Love the fact there is an adult only pool.

Tom and Lynn. ... well maintained property... best place to live.. safe clean.. quiet and friendly.. manager stays on top of everything and takes care of things quickly... truly cares about tenants..

Despite the reviews, Tina is awesome! Shes attentive and respectful. She fulfills any and every issue that occurs, if any. Lived here almost 3 years. Ive had the same neighbors since day 1 and all of the same thats surrounding. Rent is also one of the best prices around!

Lived at Merrimac Manor for more than 17 years and find it to be an excellent place to live, especially Since the new landlady, Tina Watson, arrived over 11 years ago. During her time here, she has improved many things; to mention just a few, ie., new air conditioning units, new windows, insured signs were properly posted in compliance with state and local laws, instituted new and better parking and directional signs for residents and visitors. She never stops improving all apartments to make it a good place to live. Tina is a great property manager. I commend her for outstanding effort to make it a wonderful place to live.
