Lack of interest and disregard for customer needs. This hotel hosts many military students from overseas who are required to stay at the establishment. Breakfast is a necessity due to their high protein training requirements. However, when the hotel renovated the restaurant, they neglected to prioritize these important meals. No matter how politely you request it from the staff, They don't care at all because they might perceive us as foreigners who came not long ago and then left. So, They chose not to bother. But this type of indifference indicates a lack of interest and disregard for customer needs.

Rooms have plenty of space, the breakfast each morning is very good, and located close to the gym, DFAC, and WOCC. 24/7 coffee in the lobby, small gym on the 5th floor, and washer/dryer on each floor. The business center is handy if you need to print something.

Anyone who stays in any building but the main one has old rooms (main building isnt much of an upgrade either). Rooms are comparable to a Motel 6 or Super 8. They look and feel like a motel from the 90s. In general this place needs to be updated heavily! My vent system sounded like the fan was ripping the wall apart and the smell was that of an old building thats been used and abused. However, staff and maintenance is great! Super nice and fast to respond. If it wasnt for the good staff and food, this place would be rough!!

Our stay was good, Rooms and service were very good, The breakfast was adequate. However, it was spoiled by having to endure FOX News on all theTVs. As always the news people were disingenuous and disgustingly partisan. It was not news but rather right wing propaganda. It should not be allowed to be broadcast in any military installation. Noteworthy details: Aside from the insult of FOX news everything was fine
