        Unfortunately, I read the reviews about this bank after I opened 6 accounts with them. The bank tellers/representatives in the bank at this particular location attitudes are subpar and their customer service is beyond terrible. One of my accounts that I opened in the bank was closed without prior notice. The bank customer service representatives on the phone couldn't even find the account I opened within the bank a week prior. If I could give them a no star rating I would. I'm closing my accounts as soon as possible.This bank is terrible. Trust the reviews on this one and go to a bank that value their customers.

        Its kind of hit or miss banking here. There are days when the staff are nice and helpful, than there are days when most of the staff are rude and could care less about us as customers. Yes for the most part the drive through is way too slow and long especially on Friday. For the most part, Nancy and Jennifer are nice and helpful even though they have bad days. The tellers are so so, one day they are nice, professional and very helpful and the next visit not so much. With that said, I will continue to bank here.

        HATE THIS BANK !!! I opened a student account not even 24hrs after opening it had a charge from go daddy I didnt even have a card yet !!!! And now EVERYTIME I use my card to purchase something someone tried to scam me how does that make and sense Im so sick of deal with this Im switching banks ASAPPPP
