Just wanted to thank Jessica for her help and understanding during the passing of my mother. She was caring and very helpful in traversing this trying times of our life. You have a real gem working for you Hope Hospice. Our mother volunteered at Hope Chest in North Ft Myers for many years and we came full circle with your help at the ned of her life.

Although the circumstances of being here were all but good... I have to say the hospice staff made the experience as easy as possible. Hardworking nurses showed empathy and care. Visitors are treated compassionately and welcome. Patients are provided with end of life care that is beneficial in so many ways. It's hard being in such a place and watching a loved one slowly fade away. Thank you hope hospice for easing the time we spent here. Our hearts go out to all those who are facing the same. God bless.

We love the concept, and we now have our father in transition here in Lee County. (11/2023) We had ease in the qualification process, and have some very caring, more than qualified nurses visiting with great compassion. BUT, there isnt anyone in this entire organization that communicates with each other. We truly feel the left hand, has absolutely no idea what the right hand is doing. Each person we have dealt with in person and over the phone has communicated to us in a very positive attitude, which does nobody any good unless theres follow through, or even follow up. Nothing promised is happening. Unfortunately its our father who is paying the price for the blatant incompetence in their organization. Tomorrow I WILL speak to this regions director. Thanks for listening.

This organization doesn't care if you live or die, in fact the message from them seems to be: go crawl off in a corner and just die, but die as quietly as possible

My Mom went into The Preserve for long term skilled nursing when she turned 95, and it became her final home when she passed away a few days short of her 96th birthday. In her last days we hired Hope to provide hospice care, and they were nothing short of amazing. Special recognition to Quandra, her primary nurse, who took the time to reach out to us when she was NOT on duty to see how things were going. She made sure my Mom had the medicine she needed when she needed it. She is a compassionate soldier who got everything done that needed to be done in a timely manner. Forever in her debt. Also a kudos to Nora, who got the ball rolling so quickly that it was a surprise--I never met you in person but thank you.
