Guardian Fueling Technologies

I worked for this company for about 10 years. I put my heart and soul into the work that I did. I became one of the top technicians in the company at the time. But when I was going through my struggles and when I was dealing with heavy discrimination from the branch manager at the time Patrick, The company wasn’t there for me. Instead of listening to my complaints they sided with a manager who was only there three years and they had already planned on kicking him out the door. As an employee, a technician to be precise, you are expendable. If you’re a white-collar employee You are treated a whole lot better. The HR in corporate are some awful people. I will say the branch manager there now, if it’s still Roly, is a good guy. He looked out for me more times than I can think of. Intern if you needed something I was there. .It’s been five years since I’ve worked for this company and I thought I’d give it an honest review. Right now this company has grown so much and taking over so much that I personally believe it has gotten a whole lot worse. At least I hear a lot of bad things from the gas stations a visit In the Clearwater/Saint Pete area. I don’t know why I decided to put this review, I was riding by the company because I was visiting the area and I just felt I should do this. I guess I can say I’m glad that I’m no longer there, if I still walls I’ll probably be absolutely miserable. I think God I have a federal job now and I’m not working to help some rich CEO achieve his dreams. Anyway hopefully somebody finds this review useful. PS. The review on Donovan is spot on. That’s just too funny.

This company puts on a good show but they lack compassion for their blue collar employees. Especially those who are struggling. Corporate are self righteous better than thou heartless all about the money and not the people. There’s a clear division between white and blue collar workers. The white collar, who make no money for the company, think they are better than those who work for a living. It’s a dismal work environment sometimes and it’s downright depressing. Also guardian uses their lawyers to remove google reviews.

Donovan is the equivalent of a used car salesman. Lies are the only thing that seems to come out of his mouth. He is the epitome of a brown nosed. Terrible service.

We're not in the fuel business so when it came time to install a 15,000 gallon, state of the art fueling station at our new facility, we didn't know where to begin. Fortunately for us, our rep Donovan C. is not only friendly but an industry expert and walked us through equipment selection, as well as permitting, and inspections. The entire process was painless, cost effective, and we couldn't be happier with them or our fueling station. We look forward to working with everyone at Guardian Fueling Technologies on our next project.
