We have been able to call The Edison Apartments home for 3 months now and we couldnt be happier. We moved here from another Fort Myers apartment complex and the community has exceeded our expectations and is night/day from other communities in the area. For starters, Megan and Amanda are the most poised, professional and pleasant leasing staff Ive ever dealt with. Megan primarily got us into the unit we really wanted, listened to our wants and needs and reassured us this was where we needed to be. Amanda helped us occasionally answering questions and was very helpful. The amenities here, especially the workspace, are game changing. Working from home, having a dedicated workspace that isnt in your dwelling helps to separate work and life- and its always so clean, quiet and ALWAYS accessible.
Lastly, the few maintenance tickets we have put in have been responded to and resolved same day and again, always pleasant! And at time of move in, the unit was spotless and they made necessary repairs to the unit BEFORE move in!
We cant wait to see what the next year looks like here at the Edison!
