Purchased a golf cart and obtained quotes from other companies, by far this was the best with even more coverage. Very nice to do business with.

Very arrogant owner and some staff are incompetent. Do not do business with this agency. I had insurance with them for several years and recommended them several times but I had no issues. I now regret that. I moved just after paying a renewal for my homeowners policy. I tried to cancel the policy and it took forever to get my refund. They sent the refund check to the wrong address and the owner accused me of sending a nasty email and then chose to argue with me about what happened. Very unprofessional and I would never choose to do business again with them. Actions have consequences. Posted by Johnie Whitten.

The Bacarella Insurance Group is by far the best insurance company Ive ever utilized. Anthony and his team make you feel like family. Not only are they always available to answer any questions you may have, they go out of their way to be sure that your policies fit your needs, coverage purposes and financially. I trust them implicitly and they hold all of my policies Personal and commercial auto, home owners, and my business policy for general liability. Do not hesitate utilizing their services as they are the greatest at what they do.
