The Opal at Lakes Park

The community has such a home like atmosphere. The staff and the director are always cheerful and willing to help. Would recommend this community to anybody. My mother lives here.

This is a well ran facility I went there today to see my grandmother and met with the director Karen and now I feel at ease.the director and the whole staff will go out of there way to make sure your loved one gets the adequate care they need and deserve!

I was being very generous for this one star I’mA past employee for this building and I know for a fact the executive director sells and smokes marijuana she sells marijuana to her staff members that work there as well I would recommend you not to have your parent come here and less you don’t mind potheads caring for your parents The company itself is a joke I’ve let HR know about the situation I’ve let corporate know about the situation and nothing has been done so this is my last attempt to make Brookdale better again
