I have been coming to this salon for 15 years and today I had the absolute WORST experience. I had a nail appointment for both my mom and I at 1:00. My mom was finished by 2:00 with her nails and toes. Please tell me how at 2:25 the lady had just finished with my pedicure. Ohhhh but thats not all I still needed an acrylic fill mind you I had an appointment at 1:00, this mom with her right kids comes in and they take all of them instead of waiting 5 mi its for the lady to finish my pedicure and make me wait instead of making this party of children wait. The absolute worst customer service I will never be coming back EVER!!!!!

Its a mixed bag, but yet I still come back. Each tech is different. Some of the younger girls are cliquey with each other and dont engage the customers. Which is fine, except I am super easy to upsell. I would like the full experience, hot stones, paraffin wax, an offering of a beverage when other people are sipping wine, and I dont want to rush. I also tip really well, min 20%. I do have three techs that I prefer. Vera was great, but I didnt get her this time. I should learn the other two names instead of letting it be a lottery every time I make an appointment. As with any salon, find your favorite tech and stick with them. Edit: Lucy and Tina

Ive been coming here for 5 years now. I usually always go to chi and she does my nails & toes the best anyone has ever. Today I said why not and let another tech do my acrylic finger nails again for only his 2nd time on me. His name I believe is Logan, he is new to this place from this year. I should have waited because Ive never walked out this place with nails that look like these. I was uncomfortable almost the whole time in the chair as he tried to explain to me things Im doing wrong and how he knows he right and giving me past experiences for examples. It wasnt fun and I didnt know what to say. Its like I had never gotten my nails done before but I have and way to many more than I can count. Besides from the conversation, every time he tried to wipe away a nail polish mess up, it would takeoff the actual nail polish and smear around my finger. These are the nails Im stuck with, and definitely not satisfied. Id come back, but Id stay away from this tech.
