Closed permanently 3/31/17. Employees from learning express said they would hold an out of stock toy and purchase was not necessary. My kids called everyday waiting for the toy to come in. When it did come in, they went to the store to pick it up. They said we can give you one even though they had record of a request for 3. They said my spouse could come and get another one. What kind of kids store does not hold to promises to kids? I will not go back to this store again. Kids were crying and said the man promised them the toy and now he says he never said anything like that eventhough my wife and kids heard him. My wife feels they may even be racist because she has a strong accent and people in front of us got an extra one. Why do they want people to spend extra time and gas to go to the store again just because one person bought 35 for a birthday party and then sold them on ebay. I spoke with the owner and she was very rude also.
