        Just received literally the BEST customer service ever from Ms.Sharon!! If you need to move out of town asap and dont want to spend soo much money or wait forever for a available truck like uhual then definitely come to Budget Truck Rental!!!!

        Every time I go on their website it says all of their trucks are sold out. No matter how far in advance I put the date. I believe the site isnt working properly and hopefully they fix it.

        The hours of operation says 8am even in Saturdays! I came down from North Carolina to get the rest of my furniture & I made a reservation online for my pick up date to be February 28th 2020 and no one ever showed up ! The manager stated were not open on Saturdays theres nothing I can do and hung up ! This is the worse experience Ive ever had !

        Budget truck at this location is the best. I own a moving company and for over 30 years I've on occasion would have to rent extra trucks. In all that time this Budget has always been the best.Sharon goes way above the call of duty to help. After that you've got a great place off of Powerline and cypress Creek with Judy and her crew. And last but not least Jimmy at Sals' towing has a well ran Budget dealer there. I was shocked that this place doesn't have more 5 star reviews they all deserve more.
