After working with Mr. Fischer and Danny for almost five months now we finally reached a plea deal that I was praying for. Ever since my first conversation with Mr. Fischer I had extreme confidence in him and knew he would get the job done! Before speaking with Mr. Fischer I had spoke to multiple lawyer and none of them gave me the energy Mr. Fischer did. If you are living in Colorado and do not hire this team then you are not doing everything you can do! This was my first and hopefully my last time getting in trouble with the law so going into it I was scared and did not know what to expect and Mr. Fischer told me the plan from day one and he executed the plan in every step! I am reading some of the bad reviews on this page and cannot believe we worked with the same team! Thank you Thank you Mr. Fischer would recommend you in a heartbeat!

Erik is a miracle! After talking to SO many attorneys in NOCO, I decided to go with Erik. His plan of action, attention to detail, dedication, and honest advice made me feel secure. I was being faced with what felt like the impossible! He won my case and I can still barely believe where I stand today. I am so so so soooo thankful I hired Erik out of all the attorneys I spoke with. I am so thankful everything worked out in my favor and I can finally breathe again. I would recommend this law firm 100 times over. I read the reviews here and must say: Yes his desk is full of papers, but its all organized and you can tell everything has its place. His office is absolutely beautiful. The energy there is warm and welcoming. Everyone there seemed to be ontop of it. Beautiful artwork on the walls and wood design. He was honest, blunt, and straight to action. He did analyze my evidence etc. before he told me if he would take my case or not. Those who have complained couldnt have truly listened to his words or are just mad he didnt except their case. It baffles me because he literally saved my life by winning my case. I went to see russ and told was several things "might" happen and of course they never did. He made suggestions that made it seem like a good deal, but they never materalized. A million dollar policy was in place, and they dropped the ball big time. They just wanted me to sign on the dotted line, and sweet me until the statute of limiatations got close. I've got the emails!

Terrible lazy lawyer sounds about right. He did not do his research he did not fight for me. I informed him that I was not guilty and hired him under the auspices that he would represent me as such he took my money went on vacation and putting in delay after delay the judge would not allow it to go on any longer and came back from vacation and said we will just put you in as no contest. I definitely felt scammed. I thought many times of sitting out in front of their building with a sign that says I feel they do poor work.
