Thank You Century Environmental! I have been in the general contacting world for many years. I have worked with many environmental companies throughout the US and have been so blessed to find such an incredible organization in my own backyard. Through my building endeavors I have used them for a multitude of projects. Meth, lead, mold asbestos testing to name few. Each and every time I have received a timely report with an exact description of what needed to be done upon request. Once again, thank you Century Team for handling all me testing needs and grow my own business to the best of it's ability!

This company does amazing work. They are straight shooters, willing to help with diverse amount of knowledge. Jim, Kyle, and the rest of the staff are professional, courteous, and overall great people to work with.

Wow! Head's up. If you're a woman Kyle who is Jim's front man will treat you like you're an intellectually inferior imbecile! They had the right equipment and testing materials to do EXACTLY what I needed to test my apartment for contaminants from the neighbor below me. Instead Kyle and Jim (who is the owner of the company and never once spoke with me directly) told me it was "cheaper just to move..." Then Kyle tried playing lawyer trying to tell me all the different legal angles that I was obviously too stupid to consider. Finally after the receptionist and Kyle lied and said Jim would get on the phone with me, or he'd call me back, I spoke with Kyle instead since it was obvious that Jim wasn't going to get on the phone with me. The price went from $85 per hour for 8 hours of air sampling (because they can't leave the equipment there so you're supposed to entertain a technician for 8 hours while he's doing nothing???? And the actual samples were $85 a piece and I needed 3 of them. Suddenly the price jumped to a whopping $3000! And that was for a "retainer" price. I made the huge mistake of telling them it was for court and asking how much they charged as expert witnesses. Well apparently I'm way too dumb to understand how the legal system works (even though I knew to contact them for accurate air samples to prove my case). So Kyle proceeded to try and tell me all the legal challenges and issues with my case. I was extremely insulted and told Kyle that I am not asking them to be legal experts. I'm asking them to test my air quality and test for contaminants. I also told Kyle that I'd take care of the legal issues. If I needed them to testify then I'd let them know. At that point Kyle was extremely rude and condescending and told me that Jim wasn't going to call me back and they wouldn't help me.
Unethical, dishonest, rude, pretentious, and overall obnoxious company!!!! From $850 for time plus $255 for the actual air samples, to $3000 and NO EXPLANATION for the 300% jump in price... to them telling me that it's cheaper just to move, rather than go to court, they would be the last place I would ever do business with. Stay away from Century environmental hygiene and it's owner Jim and his yes man, Kyle. Go somewhere else if you want to get insulted and price gouged! Ugh!!! Disgusting.
