I setup my appointment and on the given date I went in to the office. The office was very clean and the staff was very polite and professional. I was given an estimate time that it would take for the chip repair. Complimentary refreshments were available and before I knew it, the repair was finished. The technician who completed was very polite and friendly. Job was completed less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Safelight

Second windshield in a row that they have tried to repair but only cracked and made it worse so I have to get a replacement. Obviously Safelite will not be replacing it after all of this. Id highly suggest using any other company to repair windshields it seems safelite only ruins windshields. Update 4/2/24 Had them replace a windshield recently on my Tesla and apparently they didnt hook everything back up correctly and I had to visit Tesla to have things fixed properly. Theyll beg you for great reviews and give you a pitty party about how it affects pay but this is a total and complete failure on their part which ended up costing me $300 to have fixed. The Windshield they used is some knock off too and not even Tesla glass. This place is still the absolute worst. I Will only have Tesla do windshield repairs in the future.

The Denver location damaged our car when replacing the windshield. Waited months to hear back about fixing it. We moved to Fort Collins and were told the parts were on back order and that the FoCo location would be handling the repairs. Eventually 1 piece was replaced. When I called back to ask why all of the repairs hadnt been done, the FoCo manager said Ill look into it and I promise I will get back to you today that was again, months ago. Both locations dropped the ball and have no interest in repairing the damage their employee caused.
