Fairfield Inn by Marriott Forsyth Decatur

This place is awesome. I usually have a special request that because of being extra full they were not able to accommodate on my night of check in. But Logan at the front desk was so soothing and reassuring. And the manager Amanda took the time to leave a note in my room while I was at work and the next day actually called me. They got my needs accommodated and were so friendly and helpful through the whole process. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure people are comfortable. If I come back to Illinois I will definitely stay here. Noteworthy details: The service to accommodate my needs was nothing short of spectacular.

Every other day room serviced- which is ok but we were long stay and 4 days in still no servicewe had to ask for towels and toilet paper..nor did they empty trash. If this had not been so close to the hospital but next time we will pick a farther drive better service

Stayed at the hotel over the holidays..I had trouble while trying to order food out ...it was very cold outside ..didn't want to venture outside ..went down to the front desk to see if the girl at front desk could help me..she was wonderful..she helped me right away .I believe her name was Wanda..great attitude..wonderful asset to the hotel
