        THANK YOU foley Regions for locking the door in my wifes face at 4:29 on the dot, all while there were still people in line inside. All she needed was a cashiers check, a thirty second transaction. The employees are rude and behaved in a condescending manner towards my wife while she begged to be let in. Ive used your bank for years. Would put zero stars if I could. Will be using the fairhope regions from now on, if not moving to a different bank entirely.

        Bank closed the door literally in my face before it was even closing time and then when I said Hey it only this time she said like I said it closed the rudest employee Ive ever seen. They should focus on customer service!!

        Just responding to negative reviews of bank associates.I mostly go thru the drive thru and they are quite attentive & pleasant in my experience.However I did have a horrible experience in the 90's with a rude & unprofessional loan officer named Vivian Houser hopefully retired by now.
