She delivered flowers to my house but the card did not have a last name so we could not determine who sent them. When I called to ask for the last name. She rudely told me she had no idea and would not look up who paid for the flowers so I could thank them.

Do NOT use this florist. She is unprofessional and rude. She would not help when there was no name on the card. I wanted to thank the person who sent them but the owner said the person paid cash and had come in person and she did not know them. This was not true. When I discovered who sent them, they were from out of town and had paid by credit card so the owner could easily have helped me determine who sent the flowers. She just did not want to be bothered.

This woman is not only rude but totally unprofessional. I ordered flowers online for my mother in law for her birthday. They had the exact address of her business and yet she delivered the flowers to a gas station a mile down the road. She then proceeded to say that I could pick them up at the gas station. I live 200 miles away. She cussed me and hung up on me. I put a stop payment for services not rendered, then she proceeded to call my mother in law and cuss her. The nerve of this woman. Please people, use anyone but her. Funny thing is, when I googled the delivery address on street view. The business was right there. No excuse to deliver them to a gas station a mile down the road. It was a hundred dollar purchase down the toilet and no flowers for my mother in law. Word of advise, use someone else.

I placed an order for Mothers Day flowers to be delivered to my mother on Saturday. She received them and they are indeed pretty yet looked nothing like the flowers in the photo, but this is almost to be expected i guess. However, I'm rather disappointed about the vessel they were placed in--a cheap pink bucket. Aside from the lovely flowers, I believe the main selling point for the item I purchased is the victorian teacup and saucer that they were to be placed in. The item is even called  "Victorian Teacup Bouquet - Deluxe"! I chose that one because I didn't care for any of the cheap looking buckets or glass vases that most of the other flowers came in. I understand they have a substitution policy, but I would have thought that pertained mostly to flowers. If they were out of the teacups, I would have appreciated an OUT OF STOCK placed over the item. I've tried contacting them, including a polite email but have had no reply. I will not buy from them again.
