        Horrible experience. Came with a large group to inquire on pricing. No one was on the same page and we were advised that bundles are only honored online the day before. Decided to do bowling initially and then eat dinner and let the kids do the other activities. Paid for the VIP bowling and then charged for the regular bowling. Told we had two lanes were then were told we would have to pay another 80 dollars for 2 lanes. The manager was rude and caused a scene. Mind you the place was not busy at all on a Saturday night. We decided to bowl only and left. Because they didn't want to honor their word they missed on hundreds of dollars since we decided to eat there and not do gaming or the other activities for 8 kids.

      Lakesha, my apologies for your experience. Not sure what bundle you are inquiring about but I will find out. I know if you are a large group wanting a special package, you do have to go through our event coordinator and secure the package ahead of time.
