Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was exceptional. Nancy was more than helpful and nice, rooms were clean, Spacious and excellent. Will stay again. I recommend.

This place is a little slice of heaven!!The rooms are super clean Affordable & the staff are Amazing!! I stayed in the small room with full size fridge, 2 burner stove ,microwave , full size" coffee maker & sink!! They provide you with Cooking & eating utensils so everything is there for you to be prepare cook & eat your fresh home cooking.I saved so much money having the grocery store deliver direct to my room all my favorite food & beverages. The grounds are so clean well maintained quiet and family feiendly !! Affordable suits will be the only place I stay on all my future visits to florence . Noteworthy details: THE STAFF ARE SO ACCOMIDATING & KIND!!

My family and I had two rooms at this hotel for the race we volunteer at Labor Day weekend. We picked this hotel because we need full-size refridgetors. We dont stay in our rooms long as we put in 12-20 hour shifts volunteering from Friday to Monday morning when the race is over. When we got there the one room smelt like mildew and had a humidifier in it. Friday night was ok. Saturday we were only in the room for 4-5 hours that night Sunday morning my husband woke up and said he had a bite I thought it might of been a mosquito bite and let it go. When we returned at 1:30 in the morning we had walked into our room 104 and went to lay our 1 year old son down to sleep his blankets toys and the carpet were attacking our feet with fleas. I immediately went and called the emergency number listed on the door. Mike answered the phone and told me I wish you told me sooner. I said how was I suppose to know that your room was infested. He just apologized offered no refund. We had to bag everything by the time we got home at 3:30 in the morning I left everything in the back end of our truck so I didnt bring anything into my home. I called back this morning knowing it was the weekend and a holiday he tried to tell me an exterminator came out and didnt see no evidence of bugs in our room, but also treated our room to be on the safe side. Below is a photo of one of my sons toys the black spots are fleas or bed bugs. Said we were not going to receive a refund. Even though not only myself my husband and my son had to leave after a long day of work but also my 60 year old parents had to leave as well bc we all car pooled together and there room only had one bed so not enough room for all of us too sleep. We will never return to this location again Florence
