I am very disappointed in this company. Two years ago, I needed to hire an insulation contractor. At the advice of a friend who is a high-end contractor, I called M&D. I left a message and didn't receive a return call. Recently, I purchased a piece of property with a cabin that I need to have insulated. I called M&D and left a message with the receptionist telling her what I needed. She told me "Rusty is here somewhere, but not available. I will have him call you". I didn't get a call. Since I left the message between Christmas and New Year's Day, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back again on January 6th. I reached the same receptionist and got the same story, that "Rusty was not available". I provided my contact information and told her that I had left a message for Rusty previously, and asked her to please make sure that he received the message. She acted a bit surprised and told me that she would have Rusty call me. I still have not received a call, and do not anticipate that I will. I cannot provide a review of the service provided by this company, since I cannot even get them to return my calls.
