I have purchased 3 vehicles from Tri Star and couldnt be more pleased with the service, the honesty, and the professionalism I received from everyone there. They never let me leave there until I was satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend Tri Star and will definitely go back again and Im sure Ill be just as pleased as I was from my first purchase. AVOID! Test drove a vehicle, seemed okay so I bought the vehicle. 14 days later, transmission goes out. (I know, doesn't seem like their fault, yet) Call the them several, several times. Twice a man answers says the owner is not there and he took the message and will have him contact me to see what we can figure out. Owner NEVER calls. I continue to call them, guess what...NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALLS, NOTHING! Left completely high and dry. Unless you test drive it to your mechanic, DONT BUY IT. Also, the check engine light comes on two days after buying the vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind they knew what was wrong with this vehicle and needed rid of it! Especially after no returning phone calls or answering their phone.
