Love going to Concentra all of them have been great except one which I wont name because most of them like the one I just visited give outstanding service.

This place is horrendous.
I waited three and a half hours last time I was there, for a pre-employment physical, a TB test, AND I had to fill out all of my own paperwork and medical history. I remember a time when that was the medical assistant's job.
Doctor was very rude and condescending.
He made me feel like a burden.
Less than zero stars really. They should close this office. It's a complete disgrace.

Waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for a CDL physical that cost $156 out of pocket just to pee in a cup and have them listen to my lungs, while waiting in the lobby to be seen the front desk lady was ignoring calls and telling other staff to ignore the calls because she was overwhelmed yet she still had time to sit there on her personal phone. Dont recommend they only got 1 star because they wont let you post without selecting a star
