        I had a rental for a month due to a car accident and Enterprise took care of everything from the reservation to dealing with the insurance company.

        I had asked for a truck and ended up with a mid-size vehicle but before I left the truck came in and they switched me out no questions asked very quick prompt friendly people would use again

        I've rented from Enterprise at the Fishers, IN Ford Dr. location for the last few years. Several times lately they have not had the type of vehicle I reserved waiting for me. Last week was most frustrating as I arrived hoping for a full size vehicle and the only option they had was a subcompact. That would not work for me as I'm taller then average so I left empty handed which really messed up my travel plans. The people are very nice at the location but if you can't count on Enterprise to have the car you reserved (electronically with confirmation #) waiting for you, what is the point of doing business with them?
