The two times I had been there and talked on phone to guy. They were both very rude and unhelpful. Will not be giving them any of my money. I would rather spend the extra money for gas and go somewhere else where they actually treat you like a customer. Not only that they seem to charge way more than competition.

Great Gunsmith!! Informative as all get out and very skilled. However, I made the mistake of speaking to an unnamed individual in reference to the gunsmith and my carry pistol and was given a snarky attitude and the person was quite rude. The gunsmith on the other hand was professional and was able to find the problem with my pistol. I did find out that I could get my pistol fixed for free from their competitor and decided not to wait "a few weeks" and arranged to pick up my pistol and send it back to the Springfield factory to get it done under warranty. So in my opinion, the gunsmith and Niel Katherines are their only decent staff at this point. Too bad, it's a great store, but I have found the prices are better across town at TNT firearms.

Great place, fair prices and very large selection. You'll want to buy a lot of cool items in stock. They have a range and gunsmith as well.
