Exaggerated markup on parts , starter for car was only 334 $ in O'Reilly in town free pickup available same day , yet he alleges that starter cost 600 dollars plus labor costs as well , will never use this place again and do your research parts should not be marked up that much from price when you re charging labor , gentleman at counter stated clearly that they are in the business of making money ......enjoy the one time business

My car started running really rough just outside of Fergus Falls, so we Googled the nearest auto repair shop and Im so thankful we were near this place. The gentlemen at Riverside were able to diagnose and repair my car in under 2 hours and gave me a very good deal on parts and labor. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I will never use this repair shop again. They marked up the part literally by 60%. Most places you see 30-40%. Then they performed a test on my vehicle I had already had done FOR FREE, TWICE by a local auto parts store to verify my car's issue. They were told what the issue was and that I had already had it tested twice. They still tested it and charged $70 to run the test. Then, even though it's a small amount, they charged me to fill my washer fluid! A gallon of fluid is $2.50 and they charged me over $3 to do something I routinely do myself. When I called to go over these charges with them to see if they would make it right I was laughed at. Had really like their website and hoped we were finding a car repair place that was honest and good to work with. We found the opposite. Would give zero stars if I could.
