My wife and I have been AAA members since 2018. We both highly recommend Fayetteville AAA Care Care Services. Monty is an outstanding professional certified mechanic. His team provides the most detailed report on your car in Fayetteville. He is very honest, if it is not broken, don't fix it. The team at AAA Care Care works with you as family to family. You will always be treated honestly and fairly at the AAA Care Care center and we highly recommend this center and North Carolina AAA membership.

When I called because I am locked out of my car, the voice recorder could not understand the address, so transferred me to a lady named Annette. She extremely rude, and I understand customer service coming from I work in customer service taking calls like this. I did not understand how the membership worked, and she was very rude in explaining it and transferred to another line without consideration of my situation as I am standing outside in the pouring rain.

Friendly employees but the technical work not so much. I go in to get oil change service and left there with new problem. Before that, I paid for full service and had to return because they forgot to do some of the work that was on the work order.
