        Terrible. They dont provide any information you have to figure out everything yourself. Then when you ask a question its like bothering them. First and last semester.

        This school does not care about the learning of its students. They canceled my blackboard access right before the holidays while I was in the middle of two courses and its been a week and tech support has not called me back with a resolution. Ive contacted them multiple times and Im always given the same response. That the technician on the phone cannot help and it will be 24-48 business hours before I will hear back from them. They prevented me from studying for 2 weeks!
