Its...fine. like legit the only place we could get. It's not terrible. However the apparent mold in the ventilation that's "cleaned". Is not really cleaned lol. They did the bare minimum I suppose but there's a more serious issue brewing. Also the laundry room is hot as hell, I do not believe they ever have ac going. Or atleast very minimally, which considering there's only 2 laundry buildings you would think would be a priority to pay a little higher ac bill. But whatever. Not really any issues other than those. Still not a terrible place to live honestly

They get really rude and yell at me on the phone and they hang up mid conversation. Theres a lot of dog poop here, in the grass and the sidewalks. They have roaches and rats, no matter how clean your Townhouse or apartment is. There's also a lot of drugs and neighbors asking for money. Rent is crazy high and keeps going up. They also like to leave letters on your door about your blinds or your rent being two days late. The plumbing is really bad. You can smell the neighbors weed upstairs. The gate guard tried to reached in my vehicle and assault me.

Two words: Bugs everywhere. Management will defend their bug infestation issues like they themselves would be willing to live in such conditions. They will send out an exterminator, and you'll wake up to dead bugs everywhere, and even new ones who are still alive. I had to find some place else to live halfway through my lease, and yes...they still made me continue paying them through the end of my leave. Other than that...My neighbors were cool. If you have children - I wouldn't recommend.
